Who We Are

Kim holds a doctorate in I-O Psychology from Capella University, a master’s degree in Organizational Management, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and an associate degree in Business Management. She is also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace through the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.

She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), serves on the Military and Veterans Inclusion subcommittee and will Chair SIOP’s MVI Committee for 2022-2023. She is also the 2022-2023 Past-President for the Michigan Association of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Kim is a member of the SHRM, the Michigan Chapter of Women in Defense, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the Psi Chi International Honor Society.

She was a public affairs officer for the National Guard and for the Department of the Army for 12 years. She is a U.S. Army Veteran and earned a Bronze Star in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2012.
